How to enable/disable customer emails

If you are looking to disable all or some of your customer emails then your in luck. Follow our simple guide below to quickly disable or enable specific emails from being sent to your customers.

Step 1: Log into Start Booking

Step 2: Access Account Center

To access your account center, click on your account name in the top right of the app.

Step 3: Navigate to Settings

Click on the settings link in the sidebar. (

Step 4: Toggle Emails

From Account > Settings you will see a panel that lists your customer emails. Simply toggle the emails that you don’t want being sent to customers.
