How to edit a class schedule

As of June 8th, 2020 you can now edit class schedules. Below is a breakdown for how this process works.

Editing Schedules

If the schedule has NOT had a session start yet:

  • and no customers have joined any of the sessions: You can edit the entire schedule as if it had not happened yet.
  • and customers have joined one or more sessions: You can edit the entire schedule as if it had not happened yet but customers will be cancelled and removed from the sessions.

If the schedule has already begun:

  • and customers joined previous sessions but no customers have joined future sessions: The schedule end date will be marked as today and we will make a new schedule with the new changes.
  • and customers joined previous sessions and future sessions: The schedule end date will be marked as today and we will make a new schedule with the new changes. If the schedule recurring option has changed or the dates with the edit, then customers will be cancelled and removed from the sessions.
  • and no customers joined previous sessions but have joined future sessions: The schedule end date will be marked as today and we will make a new schedule with the new changes. If the schedule recurring option has changed or the dates with the edit, then customers will be cancelled and removed from the sessions.
  • and no customers have joined either previous or future sessions: You can edit the entire schedule as if it had not happened yet.

Editing Single Sessions

To edit a single session, you have two options.

  1. Go to your class calendar and click on the class you want to edit. From the popup, click edit and you will see a slide out that contains all the fields that you can edit. Again, to be very clear, this will only edit the one class you selected. Not all classes in that schedule.
  2. The other option is to go to classes within the app and select the class that the session belongs to that you want to edit. Click the class, then click the schedule and lastly click the session that you want to edit.
